President: Ryan Moses
Ryan (they/them) is from Moore, Oklahoma and a senior at the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma. They are a history major and have previously served as the president of the USAO College Democrats. They are an alum of Arena Academy, Build Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Summer Policy Institute. They were previously the digital content creator for Nicole Maldonado for House District 88, and currently serve as the field director for Friends of Jacob Rosecrants and Annie Menz for House.

Vice President and State Council Chair: Marley Hutchins
Marley (she/they) is from Owasso, Oklahoma and a junior at the University of Oklahoma majoring in letters with a focus on constitutional studies. After college, Marley plans on attending law school. Marley is the vice chair for the CDOK Women’s Caucus, the Secretary of State for Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature, the Director of Advocacy for Students for Local Action, a Team Lead for The Oklahoma Group, and a Build Oklahoma Fellow.

Chief of Staff: Avery McIntyre
Avery McIntyre is a junior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Law & Legal Studies, Intelligence & Security Analysis, and Speech Communications. She is the President of the OSU College Democrats, and numerous other campus organizations. Avery is a graduate of the 2024 class of the N.E.W. Leadership Program and the Oklahoma Policy Institute's Summer Policy Institute. She worked as a 2024 Summer Fellow for the Oklahoma Democratic Party, she is an OSU 2024 Cambridge Scholar and most recently had the opportunity to attend the 2024 Democratic National Convention.

Director of Communications: Phyllis Bell
Phyllis (she/her) is from Yukon, Oklahoma and a senior at the University of Oklahoma majoring in political science. After college, Phyllis plans on attending law school. Phyllis is the Oklahoma State Fellow for IGNITE National and she has worked as the Head Volunteer Coordinator on three State House campaigns and a Capitol Scholars Fellowship Alumni, where she was able to intern for Democratic leadership at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

Director of Development: Sierra Frailey
Sierra (any/all pronouns) is from Shawnee, Oklahoma. She is a junior at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma majoring in Economics. Sierra currently serves as the Communications Director for the USAO chapter for two years. She is an alumna of New Politics and Build Oklahoma. Sierra has worked in the nonprofit sphere as an intern for the United Way of Pottawatomie County and currently works as the call time manager for Kerri Keck for HD 26. Sierra is a co-founder of USAO's American Student Alliance, where she serves as the current treasurer

Sam (he/him) is from Omaha, Nebraska and a freshman at the University of Oklahoma majoring in political science and economics. After college, Sam plans on pursuing a career in policy analysis. Sam is the Treasurer for the OU College Democrats, an Executive Member of Model United Nations, and a Senator in Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature.

Director of Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA): Hayla Wilson
Hayla Wilson (She/Her) is a Sophomore at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma majoring in Communication. After college, Hayla plans on pursuing a career in tribal law, cultural preservation, or public policy. Hayla is the current president and cofounder of USAO’s American Indian Student Alliance and served as the former secretary for USAO College Democrats. She is also a tour guide for the USAO admissions office, a student writer for The Trend, and actively involved in SGA.

Brianna Lemaster (she/her/hers) is from Moore, Oklahoma. She is a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma and her major is International studies. After she graduates, she wants to attend law school with the hopes of working on a political campaign in the future! Director of Political Affairs: Nigel Baldwin
Nigel Baldwin is a political science prelaw major. He is a senior at Oklahoma State University and aspires to attend attend law school in the future. Growing up with a father serving in the military, Nigel has experienced many different places. However, the great state of Oklahoma is where he calls home. As Director of Political Affairs he is most excited to be sharing local news regarding the state of Oklahoma and social issues.

State Council West Regional Vice Chair: Savannah Slayton
Savannah (she/her) is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and a sophomore at the University of Oklahoma majoring in political science with a focus in elections and campaign management and constitutional studies. After college, Savannah plans on continuing her research on education policy and historical injustices in education and pursuing her Masters. Savannah is a Ewing Fellow, a Pathways Intern with the BIA, an Honors College Program Research Assistant, a Mellon Fellow, a Henderson Scholar, a Harvard PPLC Scholar, and a Global Engagement Fellow.

State Council Secretary: Malik Roberts
Malik (he/him) has been involved in student government since freshman year of high school, and was treasurer his senior year. This year is their first time stepping into actual politics. He has done choir for most of his academic career, track for part of highschool, and color and winterguard for a semester each. He has also done FCCLA for a year, and did community service with YAHL, an organization advocating for healthier schools and communities.
